It’s important to select few provisions in each covering all the facets in all the areas. Thanks to my intelligent friends I could develop the curriculum, and while developing it I realised we don’t exercise even 10% of available rights.

Let’s start with Constitutional Rights. The fundamental rights which we can enforce in courts. Right to profess, right to travel, right to speak. We are democratic nation with rule of law. The Indian judiciary is well developed and fundamentally a different body than our executives. This has been really a beauty of our constitution. This is why today Supreme Court can raise questions to PM for Raja and Thomas. In India, law and order is very fine if not the perfect. We Indians can enjoy the fundamental rights generally. However, as compared to US, we people are not so up to the mark about our rights. We are not so demanding. We don’t raise voices and make the government bend down. Yesterday, I met Pradeep Lokhande, founder of Rural Relations. He was telling about neutral nature of people in villages…” they don’t get water for three days, they can’t take a bath but no one raises voice…” No need to justify they are illiterate. We so called literate people accept injustice in the name of “Chalta he yar…”, “yahape time kisko he…”…Its really been so ridiculous, we fight in train if someone puts leg on our feet…we fight for fourth seat, we feel insulted when people rush to catch train and we don’t say anything when politicians ruin our lives, when a girl in next door been raped, when someone is killed on corner in India…or even when people seek bribe to give you a domicile certificate, when for hours we suffer load shading….

What kind of literate we people are?

It was when Raj Thackeray spoke against outsiders coming in Mumbai and ruining the culture, there was voice from Sanjay Nirupam and etc. regarding Article 19 and right to travel, reside and profess anywhere in India…Yes right. People throw garbage on road, Street dogs and pigs sheets on road, there is bad smell in muhallas, lack of cleanliness around my house, people shamelessly sit on train tracks in morning and we people don’t complain. Can’t women raise voice and compel the government, society, judiciary to take serious steps to stop rape Crimes? What’s ridiculous, the tolerance is not from the illiterate women, they are the urban, most educated and from self mannered homes and societies. Still they don’t feel its injustice with their dignity and liberty. If someone feels deprived, you can help them, the frustrating thing is today women don’t feel being insulted or deprived by the ill behavior of society with them. Things have to be first changed from their side…

There have been basic laws that been breached to disallow us our rights. This is ridiculous, why we have been tolerating this for years? If meter is FOR HIRE, they are obliged to come where we tell them. Today you go to any place, we ask them..”Bhaisahab chaloge kya?” Why the polite question? Why don’t we directly sit and say, “Chalo…”We should learn to respect our rights.

ts when we go to any office, government, judiciary…we tend to give him bribe. Isn't it anything against our right to live with liberty? But we assume that without this no work is possible. Corruption has become part of our life. Who’s fault is this? Politicians. We know they are our representatives. Its their duty to serve this nation. To serve us. But for over Sixty years we are seeing, there has been decreasing morals of politics and no one is exception. But why cant we fight for our Right for good governance? For years we know that they are corrupted, they are selfish, they are liars and they tend to use everything for their own benefit. They did make us fight, they set fire in Hindu Muslims, they did corruption to provide inferior infrastructure to us, they supplied inferior defense material to cause tolls of innocent army men. They used our lacks of crores Rupees to give favors to telecom companies, to builders…and everyone is involved. Today we expect that all scams should come in picture and open, Swiss bank money should come in India, we expect those people to take actions who have committed wrong. Is it possible in next 7000 years to come? Why we people don’t become demanding and pressuring those inactive bullshits? Why don’t we take things into our hand like what happened in Libya and Saudi. Isn't it our right that we shall get good food, water and power? 80 % of Indians have been denied. What have we got in last 60 years? Imaging what will happen if in election results it has been declared that voting is 90% and 60 % voted no one is eligible. Unless we start behaving and showing the world that we are the boss, the world will never recognize. This is the matter of attitude. Attitude doesn't mean overconfidence. I am not talking of showing off your abilities. But there is a fine line of what you have and what you can project. If you can’t tell the world that you have something, your finest ability might be underestimated. Or people might not recognize you as the best, even though they are aware about your strengths. This is not showing off your ego, but yes believing on yourself and that belief reflects in you behavior. But India is one of the biggest (or biggest?) nations where such a huge quantum of unaccounted money is involved.

There has been an old cry regarding the huge black money deposited in foreign tax heaven nations, and there has been demand to bring them into main stream too. But like farmers and adiwasis, this question was lying unattended by politicians and Governments (Government is plural, mind it!) and like former was in the interest of all politicians. The reason was very appreciable Suprem courts wordings on the issue when Justice B Sudershan Reddy and Justice SS Nijjar rightly asserted that unaccounted money was nothing but plunder of the nation with serious security ramifications. “Its pure and simple theft of national money.” Whery rightly commented by SC.We are very much thankful to Supreme court which has raised a voice and forced government on something worse in administration of nation. We are really thankful to our Constitution who gave this autonomy to judiciary apart it from executives. There has been Rs.20,00,00,00,00,00,000 (deliberately not written in words, count twice!!) this much money is deposited in Swiss banks owned by Indians (politicians and political big shots).

The amount was declared and first reaction from Indians…. “Big deal…it was expected”!!!... (We are well versed in counting up to 10,000 Crores! (and now 1,74,000 Crores!)).Actually Indians are now confused with what reaction this needs…

Rs. 20Lacs Crores is almost half of our Gross Domestic product i.e. value of goods and services we all together produce every year. This is half of the efforts by farmers, workers, labours, traders, professionals, producers during the year…which these politicians ate till date and got away from the economy. All money produced in the economy is circulated within either goes to government through tax to finance (politicians and residual for) development plans. This money is used for the betterment of infrastructure, for creating good employment, opportunities and this is everything for what we pay to government. The money earned and produced in economy, brought in economy from outer space (like export) is used for the betterment of my nation and citizens. Then isn’t it shameful if half of the amount is lying in foreign nations which are not used of our economy at all. Foreign nations are using this money to finance and develop themselves. Who gave rights to politicians to dispose of money which we earned, the way they want? When could we dare to ask them the question?

UPA government is now under real scanner…

It’s quite unacceptable why congress is not ready to take action? Mr. Pranab Mukharjee commented that they cannot disclose the names because of want of confidentiality clause of various treaties. First of all, these are all blunders. Do these treaties more important than aam admi? Who is important? These pieces of papers and words written or the lives of the citizen of our nation? Can a law overwhelm the welfare of nation? Grammatically, I never understood the arrival of the word. Does this anywhere derived from the word “man”?. Wikipedia describes ‘women’ as irregular plural.
(to remove doubts, here the word ‘women’ is to be taken as noun and not as person.)

She always played an important role in society. From the very existence of human being. From the ages human started living in groups, they form groups of man and women. There might be physical attraction also…but need of social completeness would have been more prominent. And you need not be sociology expert to understand he and she completes the family. If he is strong, she is sensitive. If he is practical, she is emotional. If he makes his mind stone alike, she covers it with blossom. Nature created both to complement each other. John Gray, writer of well known book said..” Where men are from mars, women are from venues, so as there are differences”. Something which each one should respect.

She loves, cares, understands. Psychology and behavior pattern of her is different, very soft and beautiful. When she loves, no one else loves you more. When she cares, she can’t think anything else. She is sensitive, so she needs someone to be her. She is emotional so she liked to be loved. She may not speak everything, but she likes someone else to understand it. But, she is strong too. When she decides, thousands of storms cant even disturb it. Her emotions are not always her weakness. She is thus the perfect piece of creature to nurture. Hence, nature donated the beautiful gift of motherhood to her only.

However for ages, her softness was misinterpreted as her weakness. There created Male dominated society. She was denied her rights. She was denied equality. She was denied development. Now things are being changed. More in cities, where women started coming forward. From Engineering to Management and from politics to defence, women are participating at par with men. Rather there was never any need to distinguish these two wheels in capabilities. However, her arrival on public front have gave rise to some other aspects as well.

Money earning was dominated by him until. How he can tolerate she earns as well. Today, many women face the problem of non acceptance of women working. From mild resistances like not being ready to work in team, or unwilling to render help to ridiculous cases of sexual harassment are the indications of woman is not fully accepted in office.
We, in Mumbai might not understand the situation. Today, in Mumbai she works as hard as he. She is as intellectual, as practical, as growth oriented and target driven. She is ready to compromise on her emotions, her family responsibilities or her basic instincts. She works late, she leaves home early. There is virtually no ground for which boss can differentiate he and she. Rather due to her basic instincts, she has created big challenges to him. She possesses certain inborn qualities which he doesn’t always.

She is more creative and innovative which is mantra of today’s management. She can think out of box and dig below the ground. She can think from thousands of angles before arriving decision. She can handle the stress more calmly and with perfection. She can complete the task with more precision. She has thinking of using resources at her disposal more diligently. And all these traits are not developed from any Dale Carnegie workshops. These are some things which she has been doing, using and working every now and then.

But, the problem becomes more intolerable when she is his boss. How can I accept her as my boss? is the question of many men (in silence). Some men confess it also. This is because, we still think socially that she should always be lesser than him. While marrying she should have lesser age, lesser height. (I didn’t say lesser salary which white colour people consider out of dated idea.)Again I am not talking about metros, where in most places superiority is judged on merits. But here also the psychology has not been changed completely. Today she leads the Companies, she leads social activities and she leads political party also. Again, due to her inborn traits she is best equipped with Leadership qualities. She is best Economist. She can handle the resources better. It has been proved that she can be better Finance Manager than him.

Having said that women are coming front and running as hard as men in the race of life, unlike men they are also expected to fulfill their family responsibilities. It’s her first work, her duty… and she is also expected to earn for you. Isn’t it unwise demand of society? But she does this also, and does it with perfection as a great athlete. She balances home and office. She balances work and sasubai’s expectations. She balances assignments and child’s study. She balances increased targets and husband’s mind too. There is no intention to rule out the same situations for unmarried girls. She also has to balance her personal life and professional life. She has to fulfill expectations of her family and her office. She has to focus on her career while concentrating on her social duty, she has to be up to mark with her colleagues while respecting reasonable social limitations which are not applicable to her male colleagues. She has to cope up with changing material, psychological and social situations and to live multiple roles at the same time. In both the cases, she loves to live relations and emotions. So, not always she does it out of compulsion but rather she does it with pleasure and utmost enthusiasm. Only she can balance it well. Something for he really hats off her!

In the race of such panic, she finds herself sometimes in no mans land, alone, unsupported. After all she is a human, and that too more sensitive and emotional person amongst two, who needs care, love and support. Some are fortunate to have an understanding partner and family, some are grossly unfortunate. But, they carry on and carry with same energy next day.

The Common problem many working women and girls face is not finding time for them. While devoting time to her Family, husband, children, Friends, Sas-sasur, relatives & relations (these two are different), maika and sasural, office, assignments, targets, increasing work pressures, competition….She finds nil residual for herself, and this has been increasing her panic more.

The article is not to list out problems of women, but on this your day, he just wants to remind her…he knows and is very respectful for what she is doing. He might have not given enough importance to her…but her efforts have not being un-noticed.

What P.L Deshpande rightly said…she, like Rangoli wherever goes…carries her colour and make it colourful.

The World is beautiful…but she has made it more beautiful place to live..!!

HE THANKS HER!

हर्षद मानेhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03255986001396019195noreply@blogger.com0
